Distance Sales Agreement

SELLER: Ugur Jale Deniz Tasimaciligi — 150 Evler Mahallesi Ataturk Bulvari 324C Ayvalik/Balikesir, Turkey

BUYER: The person who purchases a passenger transport ticket from www.ugurjalelines.com, whose name appears on the ticket based on the information entered on the website, and to whom the transport service will be provided.

Where the credit card holder and the person receiving the service are different individuals, both the credit card holder and the recipient of the service are considered parties (Buyer) to this agreement.

The Buyer declares and undertakes the accuracy of the information provided, compliance with all rules stated herein during the service, and fulfillment of all obligations under this agreement.

The website through which the Seller sells "passenger transport tickets" under this agreement is www.ugurjalelines.com. Any tickets reportedly sold by the Seller outside this website are invalid.

The subject of this agreement is to define the procedures and principles regarding the electronic sale of passenger transport tickets by the SELLER to the BUYER via "www.ugurjalelines.com" and the passenger transport service provided to the BUYER.

Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27.11.2014 are the references.

The services covered by this agreement consist of the electronic sale of passenger transport tickets for passenger transport by ship via the website, and the provision of the passenger transport service to the buyer named on the electronic ticket.

The ticket contains the Seller's name, title, full address, telephone and internet access details, the essential characteristics of the service, the sale price, payment method, point of departure, destination, travel date and departure time.

The Buyer is deemed to have RECEIVED the ticket upon completing the ticket order on the website.

The Buyer electronically confirms that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the ticket, transport rules, sale price, payment method and delivery details.

The Buyer acknowledges that, in the event of non-compliance with the rules set out in this agreement or failure to fulfil obligations in accordance with these rules, the Seller may, while reserving all its rights, terminate this agreement immediately and without notice.

Tickets purchased under this agreement are issued solely in the name of the person stated on the ticket and may only be used by that person.

As the provisions of the "Third Section" of the Regulation, which governs the "Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal and the Obligations of the Parties," do not apply to "Passenger Transport Services," the BUYER has no right of withdrawal.
